1. How to Place Orders

2. Shipping
- Shipping fees are charged separately once the package is ready to ship, and an invoice is issued that can be paid via Bank Transfer.
- Our products are shipped directly from our headquarters in Goyang, South Korea.
- We mainly work with FedEx Priority, which offers the best balance between speed and price.
- For buyers who choose domestic shipping within Korea or prefer to use their own shipping company, please note the following:
- As you will not be using our FedEx service, additional administrative work and costs will apply on our side. Therefore, a handling fee of 10€ will be added to your order to cover these extra procedures.
- By selecting an alternative shipping method, you acknowledge and agree to this additional handling fee.
3. Payments
- Orders can be paid via Bank Transfer.
- Please send us the bank transfer receipt, our team will begin preparing the shipment.
4. Order Preparation
- If all items are in stock, orders are usually ready within 1–2 days.
- If certain products need to be restocked, shipping may take up to 3-7 additional days.
- Products marked with the red cart emoji 🚗 are in stock and can be shipped much faster.
5. Pre-orders
- We update the preorder items on our website every weekday.⏰
- We offer major POB companies such as SOUNDWAVE, JYP, Aladin, Music Plant, Music Korea, and BDM, allowing us to offer a wide range of products, both with and without POBs.
Pre-order Shipping Times
- Without POB: approximately 3 days after the release date.
- With POB: depends on the company providing the POB; some may take longer, especially Soundwave, which usually takes around 7 days.
Special Requests
- If there is a product you are interested in that is not available on our website, please contact us by email and we will do our best to find and provide it.
6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Usually, there is no MOQ, although some specific products may require it.
- If necessary, we will notify you in advance.
7. Minimum Shipping Quantity (MSQ)
- The minimum shipping quantity is 1 full box, which can accommodate approximately 30 standard-version albums.
- For efficient and cost-effective shipping, we recommend placing orders that meet at least one full box.
- If you cant reach this MSQ, we also offer an order holding and consolidation service. We can securely hold your orders and combine them until the box is full, and then proceed with shipment once the MSQ is reached.
8. Website Updates
- Our website is updated twice a week, usually on Mondays and Fridays.
9. Guarantee and Conditions
- All products should arrive with everything agreed upon (POB).
- If any product arrives without POB or in poor condition (damaged or broken), our team will send a replacement.
- Upon request, we can provide a document certifying that all our products are 100% official and authentic.
